Who we are
Comentco Partners was founded by Steve Paul and Andy Hickman, both Fellows of the Association of Business Mentors. As entrepreneurs, coach-mentors, and former senior leaders, we bring experience from corporate, agency, and small-business ownership. With expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and digital transformation, we deliver a practical, real-world approach to growth.
How we work
Before any engagement, we start with a free Chemistry Session. This gives both of us the chance to get to know each other, make sure there’s a good fit, and introduce our way of looking at your business from all angles.

From there, we move into the Discovery Phase. Together, we clarify your objectives, explore your current situation, and identify where additional support will be most valuable. At this stage you’ll see how different modes — consulting, mentoring, and coaching — can be used individually or blended to suit your needs.

With that insight, we design a tailored programme of work that draws on the full breadth of Comentco Partners’ expertise to help your business and people achieve sustainable growth.
